I am in the same boat as Dony, him and I played the three together and I agree with everything he is saying RE MGR. We have talked about MGR a lot of times asking each other if we are getting back in or not and the timing just wasn't right especially after DE1 then we concentrated on NOT and FWR as MGR has no land in JB. I have spoke to Mr. Tessier more than once and the outlook on the properties that MGR has id very good , just a matter of when and if they can pull them all off.

May be a play again down the road
