I'll tell you a thought that is going through my head.

MGR is in financial trouble. They offered the share holders some kind of ridiculous deal for shares and warrants that were more than the sp was.

It is my opinion or guess that perhaps MGR has sold their pice of the Windfall pie to NOT. Other than that I can't imagine.
