I know, I read the same thing.  I was told they do not have them in hand which could mean the geologist has them and they are not yet physically in the possession of the principals in order to create an N.R.  I really can't say as the intent was to be as vague as possible so as not to reveal delicate info.  At this points anyone's guess is as good as mine.
