They are waiting for some details from the Windfall Project Manager in Quebec before they can complete the NR. The intent is to release the news as soon as possible, and they are hoping it will be today...

Definitely has me curious, as it is unusual (for NOT) that the Exchange requested the halt, and that other companies appear to be halted in connection with this NOT news.
