Given that Mac Watson is based outta Montreal, this is likely part of the cause, as they would have to wait for him to get to Toronto.  The other part is typical of when you get a bunch of excited folk together trying to put out one paper – they are fighting over language.  Not English/French, but whether the new find discovered while building the road to the ramp should be called “massive” “humongous” or “incredibly huge”
