Merger speculation VS. Assays

First of all, as per this morning's NR, I believe this news is regarding assay results of a very significant nature. I do not think it has anything to do with a merger at this time....but of course, I could easily be wrong.

If I am wrong, and the news does include some sort of merger plan, I have to strongly disagree with the idea that it would result in Noront holding only 50% of a newly formed company.

We already own 100% of our Windfall property, that includes Hole #100, and we have 50% of part of the FWR,MGR JV and the right to increase that to 60%.

If a new company was formed, I would expect the split to be more like 75% NOT, and 12.5% each for FWR and MGR. I can't see anything less for us as we have the bulk of the property, the best overall historical drill reslts, and the cash to make things happen.

Just my humble opinion.......good luck all.

Holding with ever increasing excitement, Canseco
