Reason for a Halt?

The news although pleasant enough certainly wasn't stellar. 4 o/t is a respectable amount but in just one hole is nothing to halt over. There must be something I'm missing. As I posted yesterday this kind of report would be met with a yawn.

This was the reason for yesterday's concern over who initiated the halt, NOT or TSX. If NOT had asked for the halt I would expect a serious reason for it. I would have expected NOT to offer this up as a regular NR.
