Why spin off of Windfall unlikely

Noront will eventually sell of ROF properties to a major. That was always the intention. Winfall however is different and likely to be put into production by Noront.

The only real reason to split off ROF properties from Windfall would be for 'Tax Purposes'! So a major could offer to purchase all the 'ROF Exploration' shares or exchange them for part cash/part shares and we the investors take capital gains (tax break). Meanwhile we still hold Noront shares and they hold the Windfall etc. properties.

Makes sense but no way such a structure could be done without a special shareholders meeting. Would also tie in nicely with TSE listings.
