Once April 10/08 comes to pass, they will not be afforded that luxury.

 Yes, not the luxury to short risk free.

If the price is $5 or lower Apr.10  the warrants won't even be exercised. Personally I hate outstanding warrants they were given away free and are often used against the company for shorting. vila
