In my opining this would be and maybe is an easy play for warrants holder. From $6.45 when they learned that in 30 days they have to exercise their warrants - start to short the stock (if they were not short at that time). Lower they pull the price bigger profit,and don't forget no risk, if the stock start running to the north - let's say to $6.50 then they cover with the warrants and again $1.50 profit on each warrant. vila
