One of the important issues that could factor into the difference between FWR and MGR is the number of shares outstanding.

MGR has recently performed a reverse split to decrease the number of shares out in the hope that the sp would rise and they would be enabled to do a pp at a higher price or for more money. Consequently the Shares out against MGR is negligible.

FWR has many shares out as well as warrants.

Others could add to this but I think thats one of the big reasons.. Hope this helps....Don
