Those who hold the shares control what goes on....make no mistake about it....I'm sure many of you have read the big score....there was a part in there where Friedman was worried cause he didn't hold enough shares himself and was in a panic to make sure he had enough on his side (more than 50% share ownership) so that others could not make a deal behind his back.....any deal will be voted on by shareholders which will have a big impact on who owns the shares....make no mistake about it

So....it is very important who is holding the majority of the shares and what their motives are.
