There appears to be some confusion re the DE1 hit and why DE1 was first.

Nick is close but the thing that peaked Nemis' interest in the property which was locked into some agreement. So much has happened even I am beginning to forget.lol but when SPQ hit and showed the PGMs, that is when Nemis became interested.

He waited for some time and as soon as the property was released he mad a deal for it. Part of that deal was for NOT to drill 1 hole as part of the deal maker. That one lucky hit became DE1.

There was no real planning. It was just a hole to clinch a deal. Its as simple as that. LUCK pure and simple although I have now come to utilize the term "destiny" since this is the second major hit in a row. Windfall was first and now DE. Destiny can't be stopped or changed.

So, let me just finish up by suggesting that Richard has the Midas touch. I would not bet against him nor would I bet against this play.

This is going to mine and will outshine VB because it is Nemis' destiny. We are with him so it is our destiny to reap reward.

I am sorry if some posts come off as bullying but perhaps we should look at the source as was previously posted. One does not slap a group in the face with a few misguided statements. I doubt that the individual meant it the way it was written. At least I hope not.
