At the Noront 'shareholders special meeting' awhile back, Nemis mentioned that if he could re-draw up a different aggreement with Cadillac he would. (different meaning, better options for Noront) He really liked this property, but didn't have the back up to get the better deal.

My how times change! He can get some great deals now with DE on his (our) plate.
