Someone who recently called and spoke to Richard Nemis said that WSR was the first joint-venturer he mentioned when talking about neighbors with good ground in the Ring of Fire. I think he must have heard that this deal with WSR getting 50% of Metalex's holdings for $20 million was in the works.
