John Noront did do quite some time ago a jv with WSR on some claims in 'ROF'. WSR agreed to spend money on exploration on these claims.

My comment stands, keep your eye on the ball and the ball is the DE properties and claims close to it. OK, yeah Windfall should be on the radar.

The only jv worth considering as adding value is one with a company financially able to carry out what they agree to and WSR isn't, in my considered opinion, that kind of company.
