WSR gold has a total cap of ~40 million and need to raise around 27.5 million to satisfy the amount that will spend in the next three years..

they have to spend before Nov 08 cad 1.5 million in Noront JV..

Even if the market allows them to do placement,there will be a lot of dilution...unless their share flies,
