Please pay attention to security instructions given by Noront and read the leaflets available in the seat pocket in front of you.

Stow your sharesto prevent blocking aisles and limiting your movements

When seated please keep your seat belt fastened as there may be unexpected turbulence

The atmosphere in the Ring of Fire is very dry: it is advisable to drink liquids, especially PGE's. Avoid alcoholic and fizzy drinks.
Due to a drop in atmospheric pressure during the flight the atmosphere is different from that on the ground.

To prevent blood clots, do not seat with your hares crossed and get up and walk every now and then, except when Noront advise share holders to remain seated.

Follow the Noront transmitted on Agoracom (Exercise and Relax Video) or consult the menu on your right hand side for recomended exercises.

If you belong to a high risk group, it may be advisable to take preventive medication. Always consult your doctor.

If you feel ill, please inform the cabin crew, who are trained to deal with a variety of situations.

Preparing to Land

As Noront descends you may feel a slight discomfort or tension in your ears due to a variation in air pressure, which may cause a pain or earache.

To avoid this, particularly if you have any nasal obstruction or a cold, apply decongestant nasal drops, about 15 minutes before strating to descend (ask Noront). Make chewing movements or chew chewing gum.

If you are travelling with small children give them a dummy or a bottle.

You should be awake on your own plane.....:)
