NI 43-101 Update (September 2012): 11.1 Mt @ 1.68% Ni, 0.87% Cu, 0.89 gpt Pt and 3.09 gpt Pd and 0.18 gpt Au (Proven & Probable Reserves) / 8.9 Mt @ 1.10% Ni, 1.14% Cu, 1.16 gpt Pt and 3.49 gpt Pd and 0.30 gpt Au (Inferred Resource)
Cant see a major or RN wanting to buy or sell it all. How would a major justify it to their SH if they knew there was 100M tons of ore along the DE complex and they were asked to buy on spec the rest of NOT's large land holdings. They wont put up the money on spec now why woould they do it then.
Why not just buy the claim blocks plus or minus a few along the trend line that were drilled and had known mineralization. Why sell them if you were RN if they could provide years of company profile and increased revenues. Also you may be selling the other SH short.
IF JBL has the goods or more of them. Then sell them off piece meal as they are proven up.
I am not against selling it all at once but the question is how is it valued and how do they value all the other companies from Probe Temex etc into the mix. What about FNC. Not proven anything. They have their own teams that may go after certain claim blocks. They will have to make their own offers to these companies after they prove up their resources. For if you were going to buy out all of our wonderful NOT how do you put a price tag on mineral paradise for the 21 century. All good either way
