Must still be in effect in Canada.. I've noticed that the stock price goes up a penny and almost immediately a sell order is closed for a much bigger drop in SP.

We seem to be in a trading range that suggests to me that something serious is going on behind the scenes.  Look how quickly the news of DE2 was released after 4holes...  The dril has been turning for just as long on the other anomaly and nothing.. Has the smell of a quite period. Fingers crossed.
