An excellent tactical point you raise.  They will of course have to have the goods to pop the sp and we hope that they do.  A few days ago I posted that I though this next announcement would be a lot more complex, involving more aspects than normal, hence greater delays.  Your supposition goes hand in hand with what I was thinking.  Hopefully the lab situation won't bottle neck them.  You are absolutely correct though, they will have to have a going concern to create interest in snatching up these warrants.
