BHP can have Russia. I wouldn't trust a business venture in Russia with a ten foot pole. You could have the new Russian secret service knocking down your door looking for "information". And your investment of a few hundred million goes down the drain.

Although I'm somewhat biased living in Toronto, I think Canada would be a far better place to do business, and to start up precious metal or base metal mine.
