Just a purely hypothetical situation.

As a mining company manager:

What if in your heart you are sure, based on lots of mining experience, but not finalized results, you have a great find.

AND you have options about to become exercisable at, say $5 YET... you are confident if you just sit tight, and prove up what your heart and experience knows, you will be able to sell new shares with no problem at $10 OR more.

do you dilute the current shareholders with the issuance of the $5 shares by blowing your horn early perhaps?

OR

do you wait to make sure of your facts for any future news releases, even if it means the current share price dips, and be glad the $5 diluition shares go away, unfilled?

all purely hypothetical of course.

sometimes as a shareholder, a quick fix isn't in your best interest!

investing is so interesting, isn't it!

i still have every share of noront i ever bought, and the same goes for the area plays i have purchased.
