Here once again we get very good news which is essentially an appi. to what will be the main coarse, and yet we are down 9 cents????

But wait, there is very very low volume trading considering the news, which I think means there are very few holders willing to let go of what they own. This is the best the manipulators can do to the price of NOT. To be fair, and even in the beginning of NOT's DEI find, it was the assay results that caused the best upward movements and the next level of trading.
