They just ought to make financing like we do in Denmark.

Allmost every time a public company wants to make a financing they will make it public. Their shareholders can can buy in advance maybe lets say 1 new share for every 10 shares they own. If you do not wish to buy new shares you can sell your subscribtionrights in the market.

Fair and square...... But they can also do a PP but we never see warrants - but this is not used often, practicaly only when a co. are making a big aggrement of cooperation and the other company want a stake.
