Along with D12's negative approach and Milsy's optimistic approach, I submit the following reasons to be a happy "Not" shareholder.

1. Windfall was my 1st reason to invest.

2. $15,000.00 financing for Windfall alone.

3. Windfall is in friendly Quebec (Canada Eh!!)

4. Work at Windfall progressing along nice and quiet and will surprise many who have taken their eyes off this gem or those who only invested because of McFaulds.

5. Double Eagle, Eagles or whatever they are called are just beginning to be found. Three drills on site with fourth on it's way.

6. 100+ men working on the ground at Noront's camp alone.

7. Magic Nemis doing many JV's therefore maximizing time and money for the benefit of exploration.

8. Others drilling as we speak and many assays results pending.

9. Majors now staking in ROF.

10. Richard Nemis and his team of more than well qualified people, John Harvey and Neil Novak just to mention two.

11. Good relationship with First Nations thru Neil.

12. Great communication with company and shareholders.

13. Nemis management and leadership skills and providing affiliations with Agoracom and JPM.

14. So many great posters here on this Agoracom site. Many with knowledge to share and many others with a positive outlook for our investment future. It is always a pleasure to read the post and would encourage newbies to get involved.

15.One of the most important (IMHO) is the fact that Richard was able to secure financing enough to see us through the next two years of exploration.

I'm at work and typing fast and I am sure that I'm missing many many other reason to be a happy Noront shareholder and believe me I am not trying to convince myself or anyone for that matter. Just happy to be here!
