I am sure what you are saying has merit. However, the overall market is huge and it is very difficult to command prolonged interest in a miningexploration play. When Voisey's Bay was discovered the instantaneous communication and buying and selling of shares didn't exist nearly to the extent todays technology provides. The impact of daytrading and the investing in spec stocks on a short term basis as opposed to longterm value seems to be the norm. People want instant gratification. A mining stock needs to mature like a fine wine, gathering qualities of strength and flavor with every drillhole and assay. Everyone needs to be patient , remain long and ride out the ups and downs. Have a look at Blue Pearl, now Thompson Creek Mining which is a molybdenum producer. It took some time to get sufficient respect for the TSX listing, then TSX 300 and now it's a recognized $20.00 stock.
