What's the daily cost?

I recall seeing a daily cost estimate for NOT's operation at JBL, but that was some time ago and I can't locate it now. If there are 100 people now working at the site, what are we looking at in daily total cost, including servicing? And when RN was quoted using the 100 people figure, did he really mean all 100 were on the NOT payroll, or was he perhaps throwing out that figure as the total number for everyone involved? Just curious.....
