The common shares issued at the last PP have a hold period until June7/08, so if the warrant holders were the ones putting up the wall, they would have to do it with other shares owned separate from the PP, or they could be shorting with the intention of covering once the hold period has expired.

However, I don't see where there would be any incentive for the warrant holders to want to hold the share price down.  What are your thoughts on this?
