You are quite correct. We are waiting for results on E2, which seem to be way overdue. They are at the old lab?? All assays after that are at the new lab.

You also say that if you ran the lab, you would keep your best customers happy. I have been in business for 35+ ears, and understand that if a supplier of mine is not performing to my satisfaction, I will go to the other guy. Also if I have six customers wanting service right now and I can only service three of them and one of them are  dealing with the guy across the street, he is going to get the last of my time available. That is business.
