It is unlikely that this inspection would be a response to the recent sp so as to convince the warrant holders to buy in.  This inspection would have likely been planned for some time owing to very busy schedules.  You wouldn't just phone up a group of people and say "hey, do you wanna come up and look at some holes?".

But this is merely my opinion.  Maybe that's exactly what happened ..... but I wouldn't expect so.
