In one way I agree with you. For example, if IBK was involved with setting up an on-site tour, they would be trying to sell potential investors on the value of a play in Noront Resources.

However, as one other poster conjectured, what if someone like Rob McEwen wanted to invest a "little bit more" in Noront. What an interesting development that would be.
