New lab - Rundle

Apparently, the deal with the new lab is that Noront (and possibly some other McFauld's companies) provided some seed monies to get the new lab up and running. It is my understanding that these monies do not represent and interest in the lab but will be deducted from future assay costs of such companies on a go forward basis.
