If there is a halt tomorrow I can't guarentee you that the expiration date of the warrants would be extended to allow the warrant holders and opportunity to see the material change that the company has but I strongly suspect it would. It is entirely possible that the expirey date will be extended until the DE2 results come in. When it comes to big $ the Warrant Holders would sue NOT and tie up the company for several years pending a decision being made if they feel they were treated inappropriately or deprived by the companies action of the information they need to make an informed decision.

For those that follow ARU, ARU did a PP with warrants that expired in the summer of 2005 unless they were listed on the TSX by the 2005 expiry. If they got listed they would be extend one year. ARU didn't make it to the TSX until 2006 with its FDN discovery in late spring. On announcement of the FDN discovery the expired Warrant holders sued ARU for the roght to exercise the expired warrants and it is assumed on the street that ARU will pay them out in order to get the company ready to sell. Right and wrong seldom comes into play in lawsuits.

NOT is not going to get caught holding back or delaying information that is material to the Warrant Holder decisions. For sure they will make sure the warrant holders are fairly treated so they don't end up in court.

I could be (and often am) wrong but I suspect the upside of being a hard ass is small and the downside big considering we will have to go back to the market for cash at some point and how we treat this group of investors will inluence whether people want to deal with us or not in the future.
