April 10th, tomorrow is the day!

Well... tomorrow is April the 10th. Tomorrow we see if the warrants are exercised or not and this is what I am thinking.

1. Will the warrants be exercised at the current price? As an investor why would I accept them unless there was some inside information available to them that made it attractive to do so. And why would RN say that the warrants will not be excercised at less then $6.00 when they are open at $5.00; perhaps the spread is not enough to interest the investors. (cannot remember which poster provided the comment so I appologize in advance)

2. How is it possible that the 10 day condition over $6.00 was achieved with relative ease followed by a NR that the process is being excelerated. Does it not seem strange to anyone how easy it was to meet this condition and since then we slowly migrated to our current levels. AS an investor what would be the best case senario to accept warrants: A, a SP close to warrant price or B, a SP much higher then warrant price. To me B is the choice and if correct why are we at our current SP?

While I do not pretent to know what is going on relative to these warrants I am reminded that IBK, who at the investor luncheon were very confident that the warrant dollars were as much as a given. I ask myself if they were that confident then there must be more to this that most of us are not privy to (obviously) and perhaps tomorrow we see the signs of this with the warrants being excercised at the current SP. OR they were expecting that by now the assay results would have been out and the SP was expected to be much higher based on that news. Hum....tomorrow should be interesting to say the least.

Out of couriousity, if by some miracle assays were delivered tomorrow which resulted in a halt would that affect our warrant date?
