For example alcollard has just opened a McFaulds Area Member thread. This thread will be allowed to speculate the "amazing values in the future" or ponder the " lousy time to come" freely. However, the individual StockBoards for the area, SPQ,FWR,FNC,NOT etc will still be scrutinized for excessive exhuberance.
