Any other resident experts care to comment?

 Now that NOT has touched that last sideways support at $5.00 ( dating from Feb.8 thru 25), it seems to be gaining strength.

TA can't always pin down every stock move, but it's interesting how many times that after the "testing" comes the proof!

MacD and relative strength showing all the right signs too!
