It appears your questions are being ignored because they are questions that the company either cannot or will not answer for a variety/combination of operational, legal and stragetic reasons. I would guess that the 'no response' from Agoracom was their way of saying; "We will not send thes equestions to Noront because we know they will not or cannot answer them", or something along these lines.

Just a guess, and I could be wrong, but I suggest you drop the issue - for whatever reason I doubt very much you will get answers.
