Sorry but I can't buy your theory. Just never going to happen with all the juniors involved.

My guess is that the 'lawyer' excuse was just that, an excuse.

Noront just doesn't have the staff or expertise to pull all the players in the ROF into one association. Everyone will explore and drill and those that find something economic will benefit while those that don't will fall by the wayside. That's the way it's always been done.
