Such timing from one hand enhances a huge confidence to the information provided, but from the other hand is very effective for manipulation.

Taking into account, the starting point of SP growth (12.30 Friday) was given very accurate, but the last one (17.30 european time) was completely missed - I can offer a lot of reasons why these two timings were provided.
