Yes BUT there are controls in place so that a corporation can't purchase more than, I believe, 20% without triggering the 'shareholders protection plan' which would be both messy and quite expensive for the party buying in because existing shareholders get to buy equivalent number of shares at bargain basement prices.

Making a bid to buy all the shares of Noront would be extremely expensive and not going to be done until a lot of reserves are PROVEN.

It's not something that makes me lose any sleep. $20 a share or $50 a share it's great profit either way.
