I don't know what the legal time limit is but I was invested in Cantex and one of the more knowledgeable posters once wrote that they have up to a year for material changing news to be posted and still considered a timely manner. If anyone knows the if this is right or the real answer I would really appreciate it because this seems to be the topic of a lot of our discussions.
