Very interesting article. Where does Deripaska get the huge amount of power required for his 15 aluminum refineries? Nuclear?

Deripaska also seems more interested in aluminum vs. PGEs. So the other Russians mentioned by HSS will possibly be interested in a stake in Noront. Hmmmm?
