You are right on Herb. Just think about it, if you owned 8 or 9 % of a company, you would know exactly what is going on, where the drills were operating, how deep they were drilling, how the core looked, how the JV's were doing etc. If you owned that kind of equity, you get to have a whole different type of conversation with people in the know. Also, they had already bought the right to exercise the warrants so it's not like anything untoward is happening. Come on with the news!!!!
