I spoke with Elaine as Richard and Neil are both in a meeting right now. Then Richard has a luncheon afterwards. I asked if she had any news and she said they are waiting for assays. I asked if it was still blue sky and she said "oh yea!". I'll try latter to see if I can get Richard or Neil.
