Ah - astute investor advice!! It's like entering a market and trying to sell some item you have, and you soon learn that those often want it will try and to convince you of it's inferiority and shortcomings, when, in fact, they are lusting after buying it from you cheaply and will later brag to others about what a fabulous deal they got, and what a sucker you were for departing with your item at such a price!
