more than one handle

i was just wondering,what was very obvious today that there are people on this NOT form posting under more than one handle,example-DoyourownDD,stephenda... do these people get more than one handle,and if they can get more than one handle can the same person get two,three, four is this possible.I am in no way trying to blame Agoracom,i know you guys take all the precautions you can,but i was just wondering how this happens because later the feel of the NOT form has changed a lot.Just curious,paliman
