I believe the fact that you raise this question illustrates you do not understand the post Bre-X world. Just how many people do we think might have to collude right under our norhern Ontario noses in order to produce a Bre-X ? There are thousands of pages of court testimony that will answer that question. The 43-101 will answer it forever.
