Hate to tell you this but yesterday in the Ontario media the Premier (equivalent to your Govenor) said that the Ontario Mining Act needs to be reviewed. That is a fact. I know what I heard and will try to track down the sound bite for you. I agree it has nothing to do with Mcfaulds but it is a recorded fact like it or not.
