as NOT mgmt knew about this issue. Failing to do so is negligent and not honest. I wonder if the delay was related to keeping it quite until the warrants were exercised? Hmmmmm?

I've held stong and will continue to do so but I think the decision to keep this a secret is a strike.... Also, how many others were privy to this information? This explains a great deal for me - the recent erosion. A piece to the puzzel was missing - many of us knew that.
